Escape to Streamsong at Eagle’s Nest! Built in 2024, this single-level retreat sits 8 minutes from Beech Mountain. Relax in the hot tub or by the streamside firepit, with two deck areas featuring gas fireplaces. Inside: a fireplace, granite kitchen, and live-edge table. Four bedrooms, including two king suites, sleep up to ten. ATVs and dirtbikes are not allowed on-site.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, incredibly clean, and felt so peaceful and private. The community itself is stunning, and we especially loved how secluded the lot felt. The streams running through the property made it even more relaxing and special. Our kids had the best time with everything the community had to offer; rock climbing, playgrounds, creeks to explore, mini golf, a ropes course, and so much more. There was always something fun for them to do! Nick was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. This was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families

We had a great vacation in this beautiful home. Sound of the stream was so relaxing and lots of places to hang out on the porch, fire pit and hot tub. House was clean and comfortable.
