River Access is a 5 minute drive away from the property at Todd Island Access Point. It allows for kayak access and wading.
AWD or 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months if weather conditions are adverse.

Nick is the best host I’ve ever dealt with at air Bnb. Quick to respond happy to help and offer suggestions. Felt like I was talking to a friend. His cabin is immaculate and the stay was perfect. Can’t wait to go back or to other homes that Nick hosts.
Last minute booking because the place we had booked 2 weeks ago was nasty and not properly represented. Jumped on line found Nicks place and was booked with in minutes. Cheaper and way nicer! Was very clean . Nick responded quickly to questions and was a wonderful stay for all 11 of us! Kids had a blast !
This place is GREAT. After staying in a few underwhelming Airbnbs over the past few months, Nick’s place did not disappoint. My family of 5 had a blast. Honestly better than the pictures, Nick is an excellent host and we will definitely stay in his properties in the future. One minor thing: the pool sticks aren’t very good and there’s only one with a point(and it’s a little crooked), so maybe BYOS if you plan on playing billiards. Incredibly clean, spacious house with a great host.
Nick was a great host, friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view made our trip even more special and relaxing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nick’s mountain home! From the moment we reached out — last minute, no less — Nick was incredibly accommodating and responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us, and it truly set the tone for the entire trip. The home itself is stunning. Nestled in the mountains, it offered breathtaking views, a cozy atmosphere, and everything we needed to relax and unwind. The space was immaculate, thoughtfully stocked, and felt like a true home away from home. Nick is exactly the kind of host you hope for — warm, communicative, and genuinely invested in making your stay special. We can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re on the fence, book it. You won’t regret it! We’ll absolutely be back. Oh and thanks for the nice welcome gift, Nick!
