This is a freshly renovated mountain home built for groups who want space to spread out, set on nearly 4 private acres with the Sugar Mountain Ski Shuttle stopping right at the corner of the property.

The Layout - Sleeps 16 across three separate living areas. Lower Level: the primary king suite with its own ensuite bath, plus two more king bedrooms and the game room. Upper Level: two more king bedrooms. Above the game room: a loft with four single beds, great for kids and teens. Above the primary: a movie room and lounge with a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, a closet, hangers and a smart TV.

The Kitchen - Fully remodeled with granite countertops, a massive island, and stainless appliances. There's a main dining table that seats 10, a second table for 6, and four seats at the island - plenty of room to cook and eat together.

The Living Areas - The main living room has leather sofas, a propane fireplace, and mountain views. A second living area adds a wood-burning fireplace and more room to gather, and the game room rounds things out with a TV and a foosball table. There are board games and books if the weather turns.

The Sauna - There's a sauna in the house, which is a rare thing to find up here. After a day on the slopes it's the first place most guests head.

Outside - A hot tub with mountain views, a fire pit, and a gas grill are all yours on the expansive deck. The backyard is flat, fenced, and pet-friendly, with a basketball hoop and plenty of room to play.

Family-Ready - The flat, fenced backyard is great for kids and dogs alike, and the loft and the movie room give younger guests their own space. This home is not child-proofed, so please supervise little ones, especially around the hot tub, the sauna, and the fireplaces.

Getting Comfortable - Air conditioning keeps things cool in summer, and two propane furnaces, a heat pump and both fireplaces keep it warm in winter. I provide fast wifi throughout the home, a ceiling fan in every bedroom, and smart TVs with streaming in the bedrooms, the living room and the game room.

Stairs - This is a multi-level home with stairs between floors and no elevator. Every bedroom is either down or up from the entry level, so it isn't a good fit for guests who can't manage stairs.

Bathrooms - Three full bathrooms and a half bath, all with showers. There is no bathtub in the house.
