Cozy condo w/ Stunning Long-Range Views + 2 Pool

Terrific views and well maintained property.

Nick was an excellent host. We felt welcomed and relaxed, and wowed by the beautiful view as soon as we arrived. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized with pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, containers, as well as basic seasonings and wraps. Two beautiful pools with nice workout facilities are available a short drive away. A fantastic place to stay for a week or more or even just a day or two.

Nick communicated extremely well, and the place is beautiful! So close to everything, yet far enough away to not feel crowded. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful and peaceful retreat with gorgeous long rang views. We especially loved the spacious back porch with outdoor kitchen and new furnishings. Very comfortable for morning coffee with sunrise. Quiet inside made for a good night’s sleep to tackle mountain hiking next day! Excellent location with easy access, parking, and elevator if you need it. (Only one flight of wide, new stairs landing on handsome private seating area.) We used the ChargePoint EV charger in parking lot (good price but unplug when complete) and outdoor pool down the mountain. Echota is well maintained and this unit on the top ridge. Stocked kitchen with dual K cup/drip coffee setup. All the kitchenware was new - cabinets well labeled with stoneware and mugs. We’ll be back to escape summer heat then later to enjoy fall colors. Loved it!

What an amazing late spring getaway this was for us! From our first inquiry and interaction with Nick, we sensed that this would be a great condo experience for us as a peaceful and beautiful getaway! Nick was so quick to respond to our questions and personable. On entering the condo, it was so inviting and spotless! The kitchen was organized and well-equipped, with labels to assist us in using and replacing dishes and the supplies. The deck was our favorite - for reading, relaxing, and meditation with the colors of the skies at sunrise and over the mountains at sunset. Yet, the living area furniture was also cozy and comfortable. The highlights beyond the condo were visiting Grandfather Vineyard on a cool and sunny afternoon with good music and a great glass of wine. Such a joy to see some young happy children playing there, too! We also enjoyed Blowing Rock but next time we want to spend more time in this lovely condo for more rest and relaxation! Nicks place was amazing. The views from the deck is beautiful, peaceful and had comfortable chairs to relax and enjoy morning coffee. We cooked dinner one night and they had everything we needed in the kitchen. Nick was very communicative and even let us know we could check in early, even though we never asked and we didn’t arrive until later. No issues accessing the property or condo. I wish we would’ve had more time to explore the amenities so we’ll definitely have to come back again!
