Sunset Ridge at Eagles Nest is a welcoming mountain retreat thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and time together. The main level offers an open living room with a gas fireplace and a 75" TV, flowing into a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, bar seating, and a dining table perfect for lingering meals. Also on this level is a luxurious king ensuite with a soaking tub and tiled shower, plus access to the covered deck with outdoor seating, fireplace, TV, and a dining area overlooking the views.
Upstairs, guests will find a queen bedroom, a king bedroom with charming barn doors, a cozy office with a king sleeper sofa, and a full hallway bath. The lower level features another queen bedroom, a full bath, and a game room with a pool table and TV. Step outside to enjoy the brand new hot tub on the lower deck, or gather around the firepit at night. With inviting gathering spaces and private bedrooms across three levels, this home is ideal for families and groups looking for a peaceful getaway in Eagles Nest.
AWD or 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months if weather conditions are adverse.

We took a trip with 3 other couples and had a great weekend. The outdoor space next to the livingroom area was a group favorite. Plenty to do around the town but I honestly enjoyed the house and watching wildlife. Definitely recommend.
Wow, what an absolutely amazing cabin, beautiful, new, and incredibly well done. The furniture is top-notch, and it has all the extras you could want. A must-stay! Nick, the owner, is an outstanding host. We had some circumstances outside of our control, and he was 100% accommodating. Truly a five-star experience!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here, was a really nice house, had plenty of space. Was a cool location beautiful Mountain View’s. A nice ride through Eagles Nest to Epic Chophouse for a wonderful dinner. Nick responded timely if there was any questions. Will definitely come back.
What a beautiful home! We loved our stay in Eagles Nest and Nick made us feel right at home. We appreciate the hospitality and responsiveness. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the hot tub and fire pit on a beautiful afternoon. Would love to come back!
Great family vacation, felt like home away from home.
The home and host were amazing. Communication, amenities, and all. We stayed during a snow storm and they even provided shovels to make sure the walkways and driveway were safe. Having a 4WD car is a must if you want to safely take in the views during the winter.
