Welcome to High Low Cabin, a beautiful mountain retreat inside the Eagles Nest community of Banner Elk. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath lodge sleeps up to 9 guests and offers sweeping long-range views, warm rustic finishes, and inviting spaces perfect for relaxing after days of exploring. The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, a grand stone fireplace, and large windows framing the mountain landscape. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large island, stainless appliances, and seating for group meals.
Step outside to a spacious deck with covered seating, an outdoor fireplace, and plenty of room to take in mountain air from sunrise to starry evenings. A shuffleboard-equipped loft creates the ideal hangout for game nights, family time, or a quiet work corner. Bedrooms are well spaced across multiple levels, providing comfort and privacy for families and friends. With nearby access to skiing, dining, trails, wineries, and scenic drives, this cabin brings together modern comfort and true mountain charm for an unforgettable Banner Elk getaway.

Epic Chophouse restaurant in Banner Elk offers the top dining experience and best mountain views in the High Country of North Carolina. We literally elevated food and drink in the Blue Ridge when we opened our Eagles Nest location at 4,300 feet elevation in 2025. Perched atop a knoll with panoramic vistas, our gorgeous mountain lodge setting has soaring ceilings, glass walls and striking art. Watch summer sunsets from covered decks complete with firepits. Open year-round, the bar and dining room with a massive stone fireplace are perfect places to gather with friends on winter days.

High Low Cabin met all our needs and I can not say enough about how great Nick was as the host, from helping us in the snow storm find the cabin, sent salt for us and a special treat for my birthday. Will definitely be back again!!!
The cabin was beautiful with plenty of room for our large family. The biggest hit with the kids was the secret room where they got to hang out and watch movies. The host was super helpful and responsive making sure we had a great stay. We were surrounded by nature with incredible views and even spotted multiple deers! The neighborhood was in a great location nearby to plenty of vacation activities. The epic chop house (restaurant in the neighborhood) was the perfect place for a delicious dinner while enjoying the sunset.
