Welcome to High Low Cabin, a beautiful mountain retreat inside the Eagles Nest community of Banner Elk. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath lodge sleeps up to 9 guests and offers sweeping long-range views, warm rustic finishes, and inviting spaces perfect for relaxing after days of exploring. The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, a grand stone fireplace, and large windows framing the mountain landscape. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large island, stainless appliances, and seating for group meals.
Step outside to a spacious deck with covered seating, an outdoor fireplace, and plenty of room to take in mountain air from sunrise to starry evenings. A shuffleboard-equipped loft creates the ideal hangout for game nights, family time, or a quiet work corner. Bedrooms are well spaced across multiple levels, providing comfort and privacy for families and friends. With nearby access to skiing, dining, trails, wineries, and scenic drives, this cabin brings together modern comfort and true mountain charm for an unforgettable Banner Elk getaway.

Epic Chophouse restaurant in Banner Elk offers the top dining experience and best mountain views in the High Country of North Carolina. We literally elevated food and drink in the Blue Ridge when we opened our Eagles Nest location at 4,300 feet elevation in 2025. Perched atop a knoll with panoramic vistas, our gorgeous mountain lodge setting has soaring ceilings, glass walls and striking art. Watch summer sunsets from covered decks complete with firepits. Open year-round, the bar and dining room with a massive stone fireplace are perfect places to gather with friends on winter days.

Nick is a great host! The house is beautifully located in the mountains, very clean, and has amazing views. It’s also conveniently close to Banner Elk, NC. The house has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It’s a great place to relax and spend quality time with family. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at the High Low Cabin in Banner Elk. The long-range mountain views were beautiful, and the cabin was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Nick was very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. One recommendation for future guests is to try Epic Chophouse in Eagles Nest. It was our favorite restaurant during the trip. Just be aware that if you're not an Eagles Nest member or property owner, you can't make reservations and will need to see if they can accommodate your party as a walk-in. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would be happy to return on a future trip to Banner Elk.
Place was great. Quiet. Clean. Perfect getaway spot. Will be back.
