The perfect house for a family gathering! There is plenty of space to spread out, the beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, the house was immaculate, and the host Nick is excellent! We loved spending the evening on the covered porch in front of the fireplace. We enjoyed everything about this house and hope to return one day!
Multigenerational family gathering. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom for privacy. There were several gathering spaces with large TVs to satisfy everyone. The outdoor fireplace was wonderful. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting among the trees with a view of Grandfather Mountain. There was a snowstorm with very strong wind while we were there. The house felt very secure, no loss of power or WiFi. We appreciated that the community roads were plowed and clear while the main county roads were awful. Nick is the perfect host, he always responded within minutes and gave very timely clear directions to the home and using the amenities. The home was very clean and comfortable. Nick and the property deserve the 5 star rating.
This house was just like the pictures. Area is beautiful close to Blowing Rock. We would definitely like to stay there again for our family mountain trip
if I could give this place 10 stars I would, the cabin and nick were both amazing and we cant wait to stay there again
Great location for Blowing Rock visitors. Secluded getaway with great trails for hiking. Really enjoyed the covered area with the fireplace. Fun family night watching a movie on the downstairs projector.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very cozy, comfortable, and well cared for perfect for our family and friends. Even when we ran into an unexpected issue with our car due to the winter weather, Nick was incredibly kind, understanding, and responsive. He went above and beyond to help us feel safe and not rushed. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
