Overlook Pointe is located in a gated neighborhood just off Beech Mountain Parkway with panoramic layered views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located less than three (3) miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort and within (15) minutes to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort this home provides easy access to winter favorites like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and sledding. In the warmer months, hiking and mountain biking are big attractions along with outdoor concerts and mile high yoga! Hawksnest Ziplining, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, and Grandfather Mountain are a few other local attractions within a short drive. The charming town of Banner Elk is five (5) minutes away, with fine restaurants, local shopping, and conveniences like grocery stores and gas stations. The town of Beech Mountain is (1) mile away with several restaurants and a dog park with the best views around! In addition, Boone and Blowing Rock are within a 30 minute drive.

With unique stone and warm wood detailing, this home combines a modern aesthetic with rustic touches. The main living area is centered around a stone fireplace and a large HDTV while also maintaining stunning mountain views through the many windows. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and seating is available for up to twelve (12) guests at the two main dining tables and two (2) at the bar. Outside on the two levels of porches are additional dining space, a porch swing, Adirondack seating, and a large hot tub for guests to enjoy while overlooking the sweeping vista. There is also a patio just down the hill with a large stone fireplace and seating.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath home can accommodate up to 12 guests. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king-size bed, an HDTV, private access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower and heated tile floors. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an HDTV. The main level also has a full bathroom with shower. On the lower level are two bedrooms, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. They share a full bathroom. There is also an additional sleeping area off the lower level that is a twin bunk bed over a double bed (no door for this room). This area can accommodate 2 additional guests. The lower level features a spacious den equipped with a pool table, foosball table, a Multicade Arcade game machine, ample cozy seating around a large HDTV, a wet bar area, and a sleeper sofa that accommodates two. The jacuzzi is just off the lower level.

Three (3) dogs are welcome at Overlook Pointe. Pet fees will apply. A dog crate is available at the property. Access to the home is up a flight of 6 steps.
