Brand-new 2024 mountain retreat offers scenic views, a luxurious hot tub, river access, and non-stop fun with game tables, pool, shuffleboard, and arcade. With an open-concept kitchen, decks for meals al fresco, king and queen bedrooms (plus a bunk room). It’s the perfect escape for families or friends craving Appalachian charm and adventure.

Step into a brand-new 2024 mountain retreat just 15 minutes from Boone! Enjoy open-concept living with a chef’s kitchen, king and queen suites, and a fun bunk room. Relax on spacious decks, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the fire table. The game room offers pool, shuffleboard, and arcade favorites. What a great stay. A group of 8 of us all rode our Harleys from Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, Virginia to ride 421. Although it rained, we were still able to ride a good amount. Gravel road was challenging for us on two wheels, but worth the view from where this house is.

Great Spot. The house is spacious and airy. Mid deck is shaded and the top deck is amazing for sunsets and stargazing. Huge hot tub and the game room is a lot of fun. Also there are quiet hours but the house is well insulated with thick windows and doors so even large groups playing games at night are kept quiet within the house. We would stay again!
